In a cycle: what practice asks, we research – what we research goes into practice.

First we clarify who you are, whom you serve, what you offer and how it reaches the customer. From this we derive positioning, ideal customer, service portfolio, sales channels, an action plan and the form of cooperation. Implementation follows a twelve-step roadmap over 24 months (eight quarters), carried by the IGFM team and the partner’s team: project start, product selection, product analysis, customer analysis, marketplace analysis, marketplace selection, marketplace registrations, product specifications, product details, ERP entry, delivery of goods, test phase.

Funding: Science and business are accounted for separately. We finance research through joint research and funding projects.
