No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Images and graphics are stored on our own web space; no fonts are loaded from external sources.

Server logs when the website is accessed

When the website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser and system information. This serves to deliver the website and to operate it securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in this (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The hosting provider is Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify processes the data on our behalf; the data processing agreement is part of Netlify’s terms of use (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. According to its own statement, Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). How long Netlify stores this data is determined by Netlify; Netlify does not state a fixed period in its privacy policy.

Contact by email

If you write to us at office@igfm.eu, we process your information solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The emails are stored with our email provider. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

No automated decisions

We make no automated decisions and create no profiles.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to office@igfm.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA, Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
